Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred
/Communication No. 604, reports as follows :
Communication No. 604 announces the appointment of Tom Poy to the
Planning Commission to fill an at-large vacancy created by the
expired term of George Martin.
Mr . Poy resides in Hilo . His term will expire on December 31, 1990 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 5-4. 3 of the Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the appointment of
Tom Poy to the Planning Commission.
