Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication 564,
reports as follows:
Communication 564 is a letter from the Mayor 's Office, informing the
County Council of the need to adjust the terms of several members of
the Kailua Village Special District and Urban Design Review
Commission, in order to comply with the provisions of Section 25-266
of the Hawaii County Code. The terms of Commissioners
Gloria Bartolome, Alfie R. Fujitani , R. Kelly Greenwell and
Stanley R. Oka will continue until December 31, 1988 .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with these term adjustments and
recommends its approval .
