Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred
Resolution No . 175-86, regarding the Education of the Handicapped
Act, reports as follows:
The purpose of this resolution is to support the bill in Congress ,
calling for the reauthorization of the Education of the Handicapped
Act . The bill includes provisions relating to the education of
handicapped Native Hawaiian children .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No. 175-86 and
recommends its adoption .
