Communication No . 422 announces the reappointment of Mr . Donn W.
Carlsmith to the Arborist Advisory Committee , for a term to expire on
December 5 , 1988 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provision of
Section 58-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the reappointment
of Mr . Carlsmith to the Arborist Advisory Committee .
