Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution No. 126,
regarding the exclusion of Chapter 439, Hawaii Revised Statutes , from
sunset provisions , reports as follows:
The purpose of this resolution is to ask the state legislature to
amend Chapter 26-H, Hawaii Revised Statutes , to exclude Chapter 439
from sunset provisions. Chapter 26-H provides that Chapter 439 shall
be repealed on December 31, 1986 .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No . 126 and
recommends its adoption.
