Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Bill No . 64
regarding the rezoning request of Masami Niimi , et al , Mt . View,
Puna, TMK: 1-8-05:47 , reports as follows:
Bill No . 64 passed first reading on August 7 19.85.. - and was referred
back to the Committee on Planning for further clarification .
The purpose of this bill is to change the district classification of
5 .19 acres from Agriculture 20-acre (A-20a) to Agriculture 1-acre
(A-la ) and Agriculture 5-acre (A-5a) .
Your Committee on Planning is now in full accord with the intent and
purpose of Bill No . 64 and recommends that it pass second reading .
