Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
No. 250 , reports as follows,:,

Communication No. 250 announces the appointment of Tyrone Young to •
the Kailua Special District. and Urban Design Review Commission to
replace Lupita Early whose term has expired.
Mr . Young resides in Kona. His term will expire on December 31, 1988 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with Section 25-266 of
the. Hawaii County Code .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approv-al of the appointment of
Mr . Young to the Kailua Special District and Urban Design Review
