Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred .Communication
No. 249 , reports as follows :
Communication No. 249 announces the appointments of Peter T. Young ;.
and Bert H. Nakano to the Planning Board of Appeals to replace
Toshito Isemoto and Clayton Bertelmann, respectively, whose terms
have expired. .,

Mr . Young resides in Waimea . His term will expire on May 31, 1990 .
Mr . Nakano resides in Mountain View. His term will expire on May 31 ,
1990 .
These appointments are being made in accordance with Sections 5-6 .3
and 13-4 of the Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the appointments of
Mr . Young and Mr . Nakano to the Planning Board of Appeals.
