Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
//No. 235 , reports as follows`:
Communication No. 235 announces the appointment of Mr . Fred Koehnen
to the Hawaii Redevelopment.. Agency to replace Mr . Hiram Ha.giwa.ra.
whose term has expired.
Mr . Koehnen resides in Hilo. His term will expire on December 31,
1989 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 53-2 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes .
Your Committee on Planning recommends approval of the appointment of
Mr . Koehnen to the Hawaii Redevelopment Agency.
