Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication
No. 195 , reports as follows:
Communication No. 195 announces the appointment of Mrs.. Erma Yamada
to the Water Commission to replace Pat Englehard who has resigned.
Erma .Yamada resides- in Hilo. Her term will expire on December 31, -
1985 .
This appointment is being made in accordance with the provisions of
Section 8-2 and 13-4 of the Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Planning recommendsapproval of the appointment of
Mrs. Erma Yamada to the Water Commission and requests her presence at
the Council meeting at which confirmation is to be held.
