Your Committee on Planning to which was referred Resolution
No . 25-85 , regarding amendment to the General Plan , reports as
follows:
The purpose of this resolution is to direct the Planning Director to
initiate action to amend the General Plan by redesignating the
properties fronting Kanoelehua Avenue between Lanikaula and
Piilani Streets to High Density Urban Development , and redesignating
the properties fronting Kalanikoa Streets between Lanikaula and
Piilani Streets to Medium Density Urban Development .
The Planning Director is further directed to initiate action to
rezone the properties fronting Kanoelehua Avenue between Lanikaula
and Piilani Streets to conform to the intent of the General Plan
amendments .
Your Committee on Planning concurs with Resolution No . 25-85 and
recommends its adoption .
