RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Counci District 6)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council (BIRCDC) to reimburse costs for advertising, supplies, and other expenses
related to the Little Fire Ant(LFA) ID event held at the West Hawai`i Civic Center.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
