SY ..M <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -i= �' !�#- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> �tF..F'. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 402 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE OF GYMNASIUM <br /> EQUIPMENT FOR PAHOA DISTRICT PARK. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation's mission is to provide readily <br /> accessible and safe recreational opportunities for the residents and visitors of Puna; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Pahoa District Park is expanding to include a weight and fitness room <br /> for exercise and needs rubber gymnasium floor mats to prevent flooring damage to this new <br /> exercise area; and <br /> WHEREAS,the covered play court is open sided and needs wind screens to minimize <br /> wind-blown rain from making the court area hazardous to play on; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to assist with <br /> the purchase of five rolls of recycled rubber gymnasium floor mats and 600 feet of wind screens; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase gymnasium equipment for the Pahoa District Park. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $4,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $4,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $4,000 <br /> Recreation Division OCE <br /> 229 Bldg& Constr Material <br /> (Gymnasium Equipment) <br />
