This is to transmit the attached Resolution No. 89-99, Draft 2 approving the cost items for
HGEA Bargaining Units 02, 03, 04, 13 and employees excluded from those bargaining units.
Draft 2 was amended at the June 8, 1999 Council meeting by eliminating the last WHEREAS
paragraph.
