Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Please be informed that I have appointed James R. Beimborn of Kona to the
Hawaii County Committee on People with Disabilities.
Mr. Beimborn is a 31-year resident of Hawaii and since 1978, has been self-
employed as the principal architect of Beimborn/Kekoa Architects.
Mr. Beimborn will replace Betsy A. Ludwig of Hilo, who resigned due to an
increase in her work schedule. He will serve co-terminus to my term of office,
which will end on December 4, 2000.
Should the Council have any questions regarding this appointment, you may call
be at your convenience.
