The County will own the equipment at the end of the lease. The County will own the equipment at the end of the lease. The equipment would be used by the Department of Environmental Management, Wastewater Division, to power wastewater plants and larger sewer pump stations during power outages. The County will own the equipment at the end of the lease. The equipment would be used by the Department of Environmental Management, Wastewater Division, to clean sewer main lines and service laterals as well as remove material from lift station wet wells, treatment plant tanks, and channels. The County will own the equipment at the end of the lease.
