CALL TO ORDER: Pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 19, Article 11, Section 19-90 of the
Hawai‘i County Code, a public hearing to consider the proposed real property tax
rates for fiscal year July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2018, was called to order by
Chair Valerie T. Poindexter at 5:04 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Hilo.
