AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17-40, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2017 TO JUNE 30, 2018.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 17-40, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
CIVIL DEFENSE:
Microwave System Replacement
(110.299.5299.85) $3,000,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $3,000,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
