SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
MILOLII ACCESS ROAD: Proposed speed limits
The Hawaii County Police Department and the Milolii Village Community request speed limits
be authorized along Milolii Access Road.
We investigated this request and conclude a speed limit of 25 miles per hour for the mauka
portion of the roadway and 15 miles per hour through the village area are appropriate. A
location map is attached.
We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment. Should you
