Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State Department of the Attorney General Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division for this grant. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating $45,334 to the Police Department's Statewide Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force account. The Police Department is requesting that this bill be waived from Finance Committee and be placed on the December 20, 2017 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
