BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): The Hawaii County Fire Department received a federal grant through the Department of Transportation, State and Community Highway Safety Program. The funds are for the period 4/1/99 - 9/30/99 and are 100 reimbursable.
