COUNTY OF HAWAII I*= �' '/_{� STATE OF HAWAII <br /> *g•ty;:•:# <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4444 1.8 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO ASSIST WITH EXPENSES RELATED TO <br /> PAINTING THE INTERIOR OF KEKUAOKALANI GYMNASIUM. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation provides safe, clean, enjoyable, <br /> accessible, and aesthetically pleasing facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Kekuaokalani Gymnasium was built in 1993 and is in need of interior <br /> painting to prevent further deterioration; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has identified a need for paint and <br /> p <br /> supplies to maintain the Kekuaokalani Gymnasium; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to assist with expenses related to painting the interior of Kekuaokalani <br /> Gymnasium. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,400 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,400 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,400 <br /> Parks Maintenance OCE <br /> 229 Bldg & Constr Materials <br /> (Kekuaokalani Gymnasium) <br />
