ORDINANCE NO. 17 79
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17-40,AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 2017, TO JUNE 30, 2018.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 17-40, as amended, relating to public improvements and
financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2018, is hereby amended by adding
the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION:
Kahalu`u Beach Park Improvements $600,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund $600,000
Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
