Bill 81: Amends the Parks and Recreational Facility Schedule, Chapter 15, Article 8,

Naming the Skate Park at the Pahoa Neighborhood Facility in Pahoa, the "Ginny Aste Skate Park."
Names the skate park in honor of long-time community advocate Virginia Brautigan Aste, in
recognition of the significant contributions she has made in her community. AYES: Council

Bill 82 (Draft 2): Amends Chapter 20, Article 4, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition,
as Amended), Relating to Solid Waste Fees. Increases disposal fees from the current$85 per ton
to $108 per ton, to further increase by $2 per ton on July 1st of each year, from July 1, 2018,

Bill 84: Amends Ordinance No. 17-39, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of

Sexual Assault Exam and DNA Analysis account ($53,205); and appropriates the same to Sexual
Assault Exam and DNA Analysis account. AYES: Council Members Chung, David, Kanuha,
