Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 453-18, reports as follows:
Resolution 453-18, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication
No. 660 dated December 14, 2017,authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of
more than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease of one full-size color scanner/plotter for the
Department of Environmental Management.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement at an estimated
monthly cost of$390 to be used by the department's Wastewater Division to produce
construction drawings.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 453-18,
and recommends its adoption.
