No. 657/Res.No. 450-18 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:09 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Res. No. 450-18, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 450-18, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via Comm. 657 <br /> unication 657 dated December 12, 2017, accepts the dedication of Roadway Lot G, identified as <br /> Tax Map Key No. (3) 2-4-084:056 situated at Waiakea,District of South Hilo, Island and County of <br /> Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i from Hilo Two, LLC, a Hawai`i Limited Liability Corporation. <br /> Hilo Two,LLC, is desirous of dedicating the above roadway and all improvements thereon to the County <br /> of Hawai`i for roadway purposes, and the roadway and improvements have been inspected and approved <br /> by the Department of Public Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of Water <br /> Supply,the Planning Department and the Department of Environmental Management. <br /> Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter provides that the Council may accept gifts, <br /> including real estate or any interest in real estate, on behalf of the County of Hawai`i. <br /> Robert Williams, a developer of Hilo Two, LLC was present in the Hilo Chambers. Council Member <br /> Susan L.K.
