It is my pleasure to nominate Kevin McLaughlin to the South Kohala Community
Development Plan (CDP) Action Committee.
Mr. McLaughlin was most recentlya software engineering manager with Apple, Inc. He

holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategy and Finance from San
Jose State University.
With the experience of serving as president of his former homeowners association in
California for 10 years, Mr. McLaughlin now seeks to contribute to his current, local
community. He resides in Waikoloa and indicates that he is not a member of any
political party.
If confirmed, Mr. McLaughlin will fill a vacant seat and serve a term to expire on January
31, 2021.
