In the current fiscal year, $71,500 is appropriated for this grant account. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these additional funds into the HCPD Traffic Investigation Program grant account, and bringing the total grant appropriation to $80,750. The Police Department requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the January 24, 2018 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
