SUBJECT: Request for information from Greg Goodale, Division Chief,
Solid Waste Division, Department of Environmental Management
Pursuant to Council Rule No. 2(12)(c), I respectfully request thirty minutes on the
Environmental Management Committee agenda for a presentation by Greg Goodale. This is a
request for an update on the Organic Waste Diversion Program to include tonnage amounts
generated and distributed to date. Also, due to numerous requests by constituents, I will be
inquiring about the ten-cubic yard restriction on enhanced mulch available to the public and if
there will be sufficient quantities to lift the restriction in the near future. Thank you for your
attention to this matter.
