SUBJECT: Community Alliance Partners 3 Year Plan to Address Homelessness Presentation
I am respectfully requesting an hour for a presentation by Mr. Paul Norman of the Community
Alliance Partners (CAP) for the next appropriate committee meeting scheduled for Hilo. This
will give the committee and the public an opportunity to hear and discuss the CAP's 3 Year Plan
to address Homelessness in Hawai'i. The CAP consists of non-profits, businesses, government,
faith groups and other community members committed to ending family homelessness.
A PowerPoint presentation will be included in the briefing along with a fifteen minute session
for questions and answers.
