JitYOFH,�'' <br /> \yIUl,;, <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII °- 6k_' '%_*f STATE OF HAWAII <br /> Orf oF�N►a+=' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 482 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RODEO ARENA <br /> AT THE PANA`EWA EQUESTRIAN CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS,the rodeo arena at the Department of Parks and Recreation's Pana`ewa <br /> Equestrian Center supports rodeo practices and events year-round; and <br /> WHEREAS,the rodeo arena is in need of repairs and safety improvements, including <br /> replenishing cinder, replacing cattle pen gates, and replacing plywood around the cattle chute <br /> and the arena; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to assist with <br /> the cost of materials and supplies for improvements to the rodeo arena; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to assist with the cost of materials and supplies for improvements to the <br /> rodeo arena at the Pana`ewa Equestrian Center. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $3,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5503.39 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,000 <br /> Friends of the Park <br /> 341 Misc.
