Subject: AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING TAX MAP KEY (3) 1-5-002:020 AS
"PAHOA DISTRICT PARK" PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 15-67 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION,
AS AMENDED); AMENDING SECTION 15-68.1 TO ADD IT TO THE
PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITY SCHEDULE; AND AMENDING
ARTICLE 9, SECTION 15-72 TO ADD IT TO THE FARMERS MARKET
FACILITY SCHEDULE.
Attached please find a bill for an ordinance designating TMK (3) 1-5-002:020 as "Pahoa
District Park"pursuant to Chapter 15, Article 8, Section 15-67 and amending Chapter 15,
Article 8, Section 15-68.1 to add"Pahoa District Park"to the Parks and Recreational
Facility Schedule. This bill also amends Article 9, Section 15-72 to add"Pahoa District
Park"to the Farmers Market Facility Schedule.
