Birch is currently the Executive Director of the Island of <br /> Hawaii Visitors Bureau. <br /> District 2 - Margarita L. Hopkins is a lecturer at the University of Hawaii at Hilo <br /> and was previously the Agriculture Disaster Assistance Coordinator with the <br /> Department of Research and Development. <br /> District 3 -Jenipher A. Jones is sole proprietor of Hilo Kennels & DayCamp and <br /> formerly the President, Treasurer and Chief Administrator for Horizon Pest <br /> Management <br /> District 4- Lenard.Allen currently serves as the Program Coordinator of the <br /> Students of Hawaii Advanced Research Project at the University of Hawaii at <br /> Hilo. <br /> District 5 - Barbara Ann Bongo Arthurs is now retired and was the Vice <br /> Chancellor for Student Affairs at Hawaii Community College from 2006 through <br /> 2010. <br /> District 7 - Gregory Dale Larson is the site manager at Amcor-Rigid Plastics in <br /> Kailua-Kona. <br /> District 8 - David A. Buehler retired after several years in the financial industry, <br /> most recently at Bank of.Hawai`i.
