Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 474-18, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 474-18, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 693
dated January 4, 2018, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one
fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one copy machine for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement at an estimated monthly
cost of$155. The equipment would be used by the department's Administration Office.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 474-18, and
recommends its adoption.
