Motion to Approve: Mr. Richards moved to recommend adoption of Res. 471-18.

CHR. RUGGLES: Is there any discussion? Go ahead, Mr. Richards.
MR. RICHARDS: Just really quick. This is in my district, in Waimea. I made
some phone calls because it appears this has been on the docket for quite some
time, and there are some little idiosyncrasies that needed to get worked out. Long
story short, everything's been worked out and there's supporting documentation
that the County has signed off on it. So, I ask for your support.
CHR. RUGGLES: Thank you. Any other comments or questions? Seeing or
hearing none, all those in favor of Resolution 471-18 please say "aye."
Vote on Res. 471-18: The motion to recommend adoption of Res. 471-18 was
