In accordance with the County Charter, Section 13-4 (c), I submit George —
Campbell of District 6 and Nelson H. Harano from District 7 for reappointments to the
Salary Commission.
Both nominees received your initial confirmations recently and are now eligible
for full terms to expire December 31, 2022. Mr. Campbell was first approved by the
Council in October 2017 and Mr. Harano followed in November 2017.
During their nominations at your Committee on Finance, members expressed
support for both applicants. Mr. Campbell was described as having extensive
experience in human resource management while Mr. Harano could offer perspectives
relative to the Commission, including his previous work as a small business owner.
