No. 724 <br /> PLACE: Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:03 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Safety and Mass Transit, to which was referred Communication <br /> No. 724, reports as follows: <br /> Communication 724, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated January 18, 2018, nominates <br /> Dawn Kiyoko Kainoa Raymond to the Liquor Commission. Ms. Raymond is a special education <br /> teacher with the State of Hawai`i Department of Education at Waiakea High School. She holds a <br /> Master of Arts degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders. She currently serves as President of the <br /> Hawai`i State Teachers Association, Hilo Chapter. <br /> Ms. Raymond is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i. She states that she is not a member of any <br /> political party.
