The request for transfer is'a result of the cancellation of the Kamakana Villages Family and Senior Housing
projects. Additional funding is needed to the construction of the Hilo Adult Day Care Facility to cover
additional unanticipated costs. Attached, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development approved the
reprograming of these funds-on February 5, 2018.
