I am in strong favor of the approving of Bill No. 99. Lala Epenesa Jr. has put himself whole heartedly into the well being
and happiness of many children in our community.
He was always in favor of what makes our community better and stronger so generations to come.
He gave from his heart, not expecting anything in return, because that was what he believed.
