To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to humbly ask that you vote YES ON BILL NO. 99.
My name is Noella Pagud and I support BILL NO. 99 to name the softball field in Honokaa the "Lala Epenesa
Jr. Ballfield." It is with the greatest appreciation to the people, to the community of Honokaa that they want to
honor my brother Lala. He took such great care of his community being a Parks and Rec. supervisor and was
very active not only in his own children's athletics but also volunteered a lot of his time coaching as
well. Sometimes you could find him at this very park! Lala is a great person, brother, father, friend, coach, and
mentor. I could go on and on, but I know my brother gave so much of himself and now his community has
touched our hearts by wanting to honor him for everything he did for them! Thank you for hearing us and again
please vote YES ON BILL NO. 99!!
