Lala Epenesa is a high school classmate who I will never forget. Lala touched many lives since we all graduated from
high school. He served the young and old in his community, a father, coach, civil servant, Lion's Club member,to name a
few. Lala had a heart of gold,the biggest and most generous heart and cared for all who were a part of his life. Lala was
a great athlete in high school, and shared his talent with kids in his community.
Just a few examples of why I feel the softball field in Honoka'a be given the name Lala Epenesa Jr Ballfield,for all to
remember his dedication,sacrifice and generosity given to the future leaders of Honoka'a.
I humbly ask that you support and vote"YES" on Bill 99.
