Aloha,
I would like to urge council to support Bill 99 introduced by Valerie Poindexter.
Lala Epenesa was a person who gave of himself unselfishly to the community of Hamakua. He will be sorely missed and
what a fitting tribute to leave a lasting legacy to a person who gave so much to the people, especially the children of
Honoka'a.
While it is huge loss for the community, it would be amazing for the Council to recognize the huge impact Lala had when
he decided to be a coach and leading by example.
