Good morning,
My name is Oswaldo Cabel and I'm asking council members to vote YES on Bill No. 99. I support this bill in the memory of
our great friend who suddenly past away last month.
Lala Epenesa Jr. was a coach who impacted a lot of children in our community. He also was a Hamakua Lions club
member and one of our projects was repainting the park pavilions.
He was the P & R supervisor who took care of that park and he took pride in keeping the park in tip top shape. I have
known Lala since our early childhood days, we grew up together playing sports and we continued our friendship till his
passing. He had such a big heart, not only coaching, he would also be the cook for the concessions and he made the best
pork and peas. I humbly ask for your support for Bill No. 99 and vote YES.
