• <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -44 ) STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •�r', �Mot.;'. <br /> 7TE OF•wA . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 508 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FITNESS EQUIPMENT FOR THE <br /> PRINCESS ABIGAIL WAHIIKA`AHU`ULA KAWANANAKOA CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS, the Princess Abigail Wahiika`ahu`ula Kawananakoa Center <br /> ("Kawananakoa Center") is a Department of Parks and Recreation facility that serves as a social, <br /> recreational, athletic, and community hub in Keaukaha; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation would like to purchase fitness <br /> equipment for use by the public at Kawananakoa Center to promote physical fitness and good <br /> health; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase <br /> weights, weightlifting bars, medicine balls, and related accessories; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to assist with the cost of purchasing fitness equipment for the <br /> Kawananakoa Center. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,000 <br /> Recreation Div Equip <br /> 480 Misc.
