Good evening,
I am not able to testify in person tomorrow, and would like to just show my support of naming the softball field in
Honokaa the "Lala Epenesa Jr. Ballfield." I think that this would serve as fitting remembrance of a community member
that has made a significant impact on the lives of many individuals, particularly our youth. Lala has always supported
and encouraged the community's children, helping them to find positive outlets,such as sports. Please vote"yes" on Bill
No 99,to honor an extraordinary man who has served our community far beyond the average citizen. I feel that this
would be a rightful gesture to ensure his legacy lives on.
