No. 747 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:05 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 747, reports as <br /> follows: <br /> Communication No. 747, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated February 1, 2018, nominates <br /> Michaela Ikeuchi for reappointment to the Hawai`i County Kailua Village Design Commission. <br /> Deputy Managing Director Barbara Kossow introduced Ms. Ikeuchi who appeared in person. <br /> Several Council Members commented in favor of the reappointment. The vote was then taken <br /> with eight Council Members voting "aye."
