SUBJECT: Resolution relating to the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and more than one
fiscal year for a multi-year lease of real property(warehouse) for the Office of the
County Clerk, Elections Division
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement for
warehouse space for the Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division. The five (5) year lease
with Men's Shop, Inc., for 3,000 square feet of warehouse space is located at 210 Maka'ala
Street, Hilo, Hawai`i, 96720, TMK: (3) 2-2-060-016, at a cost of$1,630.21 per month.
