SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT:
PUUHALO STREET— NO PARKING ON PAVEMENT
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5 (Parking),
Section 24-279, Schedule 27 (Parking on pavement prohibited at all times), paragraph
(f) Kona be amended by adding a new listing:
"Puuhalo Street, from a point thirty-five feet northwest of Konalani Street to
point thirty-five feet southeast of Palihiolo Street, both sides."
The intent of this amendment is to prevent people from parking in the traveled way
along Puuhalo Street.
