Re: Resolution for multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year,
for a new multi-year lease agreement for a copy machine for the Department of Parks and
Recreation. The estimated monthly cost will be approximately $61.11 plus tax for up to
500 copies and approximately $0.0153 per additional copy.

A. REQUEST:
To enter into a multi-year lease agreement for five (5) years for one (1) copy machine at the Parks and
Recreation - Hawaii County Band.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The current machine is over 17 years old. This machine constantly needing repairs and parts are no longer
available.
The Department is anticipating a monthly lease per machine of no more than $61.11 plus tax which includes
500 copies.
The cost per copies over amount included shall not exceed $.0153.
