Subject: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 5)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to the Friends of Hokule'a and Hawai'iloa to provide for
transportation to the "Mahalo, Hawai`i Sail" educational outreach events.
Attached please find a resolution authorizing the transfer of$500 from the Clerk-Council
Services—Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
